Return and customer support

Our Return Policy:

We aim to offer the best customer service possible by offering return service and size change service. Please return the product back to us within 5 calendar days of receipt of the goods. For the size change, once we receive it, we will send the new one with the correct size to you in a timely manner. Please bear in mind the international shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer in the case of a return, please choose the size carefully upon the time of the purchase, the measurements are given for each item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@porterlestyle.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our Hong Kong warehouse. 

If your return is accepted, please kindly arrange the shipping of the returned goods. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

We try our very best to ship out your order within 7 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Please allow additional time for transit.

Delivery times may be affected by weather and other events outside of our control. Once a parcel leaves our office and is scanned, we no longer have any control of the whereabouts of the package. 

You can track your orders via the tracking number provided when your order is fulfilled.

IMPORT TAXES & VAT

Porter Le Style is responsible for incurred VAT or Import Taxes for overseas and international deliveries that are imposed by recipients' country and border patrol.
